DoubleTree by Hilton Bay City – Riverfront is seeking friendly, dependable Restaurant Servers to join our Riverfront Grille team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to hotel guests and local diners, helping create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

This fast-paced position offers morning and evening shifts, opportunities to work with a collaborative kitchen and front-of-house staff, and a friendly team environment that values guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Willingness to learn menu items and food and beverage offerings.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and answer questions about the menu.
• Deliver meals and beverages accurately and promptly.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and assist with side work as needed.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to provide excellent service.
