Job summary

Hotel Investment Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable, motivated leader to help oversee morning operations at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bay City Riverfront. You will support a team and ensure guest service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate leads by example, communicates effectively, and maintains a positive, safe workplace while supervising shifts, managing workflow, and assisting guests with concerns and requests.

Responsibilities

• Support, motivate, and lead team members during morning shifts.

• Handle cash procedures and complete daily paperwork accurately.
• Lead pre-shift meetings.
• Assist with training of team members.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and sanitation standards.
• Help keep a positive, respectful, and supportive workplace.
