Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, serve, and break down banquet events following brand standards and health guidelines.
• Greet guests warmly, respond to requests, and ensure a positive experience.
• Run food, serve plated meals, assist with beverages and buffet setups.
• Follow banquet orders, clean-as-you-go, and proper alcohol and cash handling procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors, event organizers, and team members.
• Assist with post-event cleanup, inventory, and food storage.
