Job summary

Garver Engineering is looking for a Project Manager to join our Transportation Team in Fort Smith or Conway, Arkansas. The successful candidate will lead project management, coordinate sub-consultants, and oversee project schedules while ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, an active PE license, and 8-15 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will also possess knowledge of roadway design software and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Eight to fifteen years of relevant experience.
• Practical working knowledge of AASHTO Green Book and related guidelines.
• Experience coordinating utility relocations and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and sub-consultant coordination.
• Oversee project/task scheduling and civil design.
• Prepare cost estimates and ensure effective client interaction.
