Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a RIV/Authorization Coordinator to join the Revenue Cycle team. You will verify patient insurance benefits, coordinate authorizations, and communicate with patients, therapy teams, and insurance representatives to help ensure coverage for therapy services.

The role requires strong communication and attention to detail in a healthcare administration setting. This is an on-site position in the United States, offering hourly pay of $18–$20 and opportunities for growth

Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance benefits and coordinate authorizations for therapy services.
• Communicate with patients, therapy teams, and insurance representatives to ensure coverage.
• Enter and upload verification documents, notes, and consent forms in the EHR system.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation of coverage dates and limits.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly productivity targets and participate in special projects.
