RapidScale is seeking a senior Risk & Resilience advisor to partner with enterprise clients, shaping strategies around governance, cybersecurity, and cloud transformation. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, translate complex risks into actionable plans, and develop scalable methodologies to grow the practice.

The role emphasizes executive engagement, workshop facilitation, and delivering client-ready recommendations that align business objectives with technology risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or advisory services related to risk, resilience, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to translate business and technology risks into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define and structure complex enterprise risk and resilience challenges.
• Lead advisory workstreams from discovery through recommendations and readouts.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, assessments, and client deliverables.
• Develop scalable methodologies, frameworks, and reusable collateral for the practice.
• Collaborate with sales and SMEs to translate client needs into advisory solutions.
• Manage engagement progress, risks, dependencies, and client outcomes.
