We are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Engagement – Risk & Resilience to provide senior advisory, commercial, and delivery leadership across the practice.

Qualifications

• Senior consulting-trained Risk & Resilience practitioner who can move between executive advisory conversations, complex pursuit leadership, commercial decision-making, and delivery oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior advisory, commercial, and delivery leadership across the Risk & Resilience practice.
• Oversee a portfolio of client engagements and major enterprise pursuits.
• Establish strong commercial and delivery governance and ensure an integrated Risk & Resilience perspective.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Engagement – Risk & Resilience to provide senior advisory, commercial, and delivery leadership across the practice. This role will help shape major enterprise pursuits, oversee a portfolio of client engagements, establish strong commercial and delivery governance, and ensure RapidScale brings an integrated Risk & Resilience perspective to complex client challenges.

The Senior Manager will operate across the full lifecycle of the practice—from opportunity development and pursuit strategy through solution shaping, pricing and scope governance, delivery oversight, and executive client engagement.

This is not a traditional program management role or a purely technical cybersecurity position. The ideal candidate is a senior consulting-trained Risk & Resilience practitioner who can move comfortably between executive advisory conversations, complex pursuit leadership, commercial decision-making, and delivery oversight.
