Job summary

JPMorganChase in Newark, Delaware, is seeking an Associate in Principal Risk Reporting and Middle Office to monitor and improve data quality, produce management reporting, and support changes to principal risk requirements. You will partner with technology, risk management, and middle office stakeholders to build scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Alteryx, Tableau, Python, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in reporting, financial analytics, or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IS, or related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Experience with data analytics tools (Alteryx) and visualization (Tableau).
• Familiar with Python and data integrity principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly exposure reviews with risk partners and explain movements in data.
• Own recurring and ad hoc reporting, including exposure and stress analyses.
• Analyze data changes for risk forums and packages, highlighting drivers.
• Run data quality checks and resolve data breaks to ensure accuracy.
• Perform UAT for infrastructure initiatives and document outcomes.
• Contribute to control improvements and document procedures for audits.
• Triage data-quality exceptions with stakeholders and outline remediation plans.
• Collaborate with Technology on system/process improvements and testing.
• Build scalable solutions (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau) to enhance governance.
