Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial operations, reporting, balance sheet or liquidity management.
• Strong analytical skills for data investigations and clear summaries.
• Proven leadership for process improvements across a large organization.
• Hands-on SQL and Python; advanced Excel; Tableau and Alteryx proficiency.
• Independent thinking, problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review liquidity data daily across all entities.
• Perform reconciliations and balance sheet variance analysis.
• Prepare and comment on internal/external reports.
• Develop business validation rules for exception-based operating model.
• Leverage tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, Python) to implement changes.
• Explain variances to partner groups such as Liquidity Risk Management.
• Support tech/business enhancements and user testing.
• Strengthen control environment and operating model.
• Collaborate with data providers and risk stakeholders to fix data quality.
• Respond to regulatory/ad hoc data requests.
• Prepare KPIs for senior management.
