Job summary

Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. seeks a Risk Reduction Coordinator to lead the state-level prevention program for substance abuse and suicide.

You will supervise Prevention Coordinators, oversee training delivery, and advise senior leadership on risk mitigation strategies. You will manage case tracking, report on outcomes, and collaborate with community providers to maintain an up-to-date state resource directory for service members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social science or related field and 3–5 years in prevention, suicide prevention, or resiliency.
• Experience in case management and supervising staff.
• Strong instruction and briefing skills across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee state-level Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention programs and supervise Prevention Coordinators across the state.
• Deliver required substance abuse, suicide prevention, and bystander intervention training for Soldiers and units per Army regulations.
• Analyze unit risk survey data and provide tailored risk mitigation plans and training recommendations to commanders.
• Manage referred Soldier cases from referral through final disposition with accurate reporting in tracking databases.
• Present monthly status reports and interim progress briefings to senior leadership.
• Build relationships with community-based service providers and maintain a state resource directory.
