Tilt is a remote-first company using machine learning and real-time financial signals to provide risk insights across the globe. We seek a leader to own Risk Operations transformation programs from problem definition through implementation and measurement.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Fraud Strategy, and Compliance to align automation, tooling, and process changes, driving measurable improvements and stakeholder alignment across a global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Risk Operations, Fraud, Compliance, or related fields with a record of leading improvement programs.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose root causes, and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
