As Head of Design, you will own the craft and quality of design across all products while partnering with leadership to shape the roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the craft and quality of design across all products, setting the bar for excellence.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape roadmap and strategy, not just receive requirements.
• Lead and develop a team of 6 designers and 1 researcher, fostering growth and accountability.
• Celebrate wins and share work at company-wide rituals, ensuring visibility and impact.
• Shape a design practice that is known across the enterprise, moving design upstream.
• Build a durable research practice and scale the design system as products in their own right.
