  • Able to adapt in a fast-moving role where processes can change quickly.
  • Proven track record of effective and collaborative work with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operations support to internal client partners regarding fixed term and revolving credit products.
  • Review daily audit reports, conduct research and analysis to identify root cause of issues, remediate identified issues.
  • Understand and execute operations policies and procedures.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve servicing issues.
  • Review and resolve Credit Bureau Disputes, monitor and facilitate payment flow and resolve system syncing issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of Controls policies and procedures to drive adoption and adherence across Prosper.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on operations processes, trends, and remediation efforts.
  • Identify and communicate to leaders any situation that may require additional review or special handling.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative environment in which Prosper team members are encouraged to voice ideas and concerns.

This role will be a first line of defense in detecting and remediating servicing issues.
