Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Risk Program Manager to oversee governance for AI, models and critical use spreadsheets within Global Technology.

You will lead documentation, oversight and progress tracking, working with GTMG leaders to translate technical summaries into executive updates. The role focuses on risk management, governance compliance, and cross-team coordination across locations including Charlotte and other sites.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated subject matter knowledge in technology and/or technology governance.
• Minimum 5 years Program Management experience.
• Executive level communication background.
• Tech writer (draft procedures, process, documentation).
• Experience in regulated industry or financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintenance of model documentation, tracking, reporting and on-going compliance with policies.
• Drives the model risk strategy through monitoring of inventory and governance adherence.
• Support driving solutions across divisions to optimize performance and risk oversight.
• Incorporate requirements into internal governance procedures and attend governance forums.
• Identify risks and control gaps and monitor implementation.
• Capture expectations of deliverables and build project timelines.
• Lead kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings and change controls.
• Document and track progress for added governance and controls needed.
• Provide executive-ready updates on deliverables, risks, and schedule.
