Job summary

Brighterway builds AI-native claims software and administration for casualty claims, spanning workers' compensation medical-legal review to a full claims platform. A small, technical YC-backed team sits close to customers and is backed by Maverick Ventures.

You will own risk analytics, benchmarks, and reporting for claims and risk leadership, and collaborate with customers on loss analysis, trend identification, and program design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in risk management, loss control, actuarial support, or claims analytics.
• Strong with spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools and executive presentations.
