Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Brighterway, Inc. seeks a risk analytics professional to design signals, benchmarks and reporting for claims leadership. You will collaborate with customers on loss analysis, trend identification and program design, and help shape subrogation, fraud and litigation-avoidance workflows with the product team.
You will also support RFP responses with risk analytics and monitor the company’s PHI-related operational and compliance risk, contributing to overall risk control and program impact.
Brighterway builds AI-native claims software and administration for casualty claims. We started in workers' compensation medical-legal review, where our agentic document pipeline sorts, de-duplicates and summarizes some of the most document-heavy files in the industry for national medical-evaluation networks. We are now building the claims platform on top of that foundation: intake across mail, fax, phone and email, bill review, subrogation, reserving signals, a workflow language, and state and federal reporting.
We are backed by Y Combinator and Maverick Ventures. Our customers handle protected health information every day, so we run HIPAA, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs. The team is small and technical and sits close to customers. Everyone ships, and everyone talks to the people who use what they ship.
Our customers are carriers, administrators and self-insured employers. They think in exposure, frequency, severity and total cost of risk. You will be the person on our team who speaks that language fluently, designs the analytics and risk-control services we offer, and makes sure the signals our AI surfaces are the ones that actually move a program's results.
