Job Description
Assist in developing and implementing quality improvement activities within the Risk Management Department. Responsibilities include assessing patient care quality, identifying issues and barriers, conducting investigations, and implementing Root Cause Analysis processes to enhance patient safety. The role involves reporting to the hospital Quality Improvement Committee, assisting with chart audits, establishing action plans with the Quality Improvement Team, investigating adverse events, and supervising volunteers and administrative staff.
Education
Graduate of an accredited LPN/RN program.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience. Prior experience in Quality Improvement is preferred.
Licenses/Certificates
RN License required.
Additional Information
The Leatherman Behavioral Health Pavilion will serve as a regional behavioral health center offering triage, crisis stabilization, telehealth, outpatient, and inpatient services. Located on the Cedar Tower campus in Florence, SC, the center aims to expand behavioral health resources in the Pee Dee region. The project is scheduled to open in October 2025 and will include various services such as mental health, addiction, and therapy services, along with inpatient psychiatric beds.
