Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships in Winter Park, FL seeks a Risk Manager to lead property & casualty claims programs for our growing automotive group. Based in our Winter Park home office, the candidate will manage claims lifecycle across workers' comp, auto liability, property, and general liability, coordinate safety inspections, and chair the Risk Performance / Safety Committee.

Prior dealership experience is required; Florida license preferred; must be able to work weekdays and weekends

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty claims handling or claims advocacy.
• Working knowledge of Workers’ Compensation, Auto Liability, Property, and General Liability claims.
• Strong understanding of carrier claims processes, coverage analysis, and loss control principles.
• Florida insurance license preferred.
• Ability to work weekdays and weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary claims contact for internal stakeholders, insurance consultant, and insurance carriers from FNOL through closure.
• Manage and support claims across Workers’ Compensation, Automobile Liability, Property, and General Liability lines.
• Review policy language, coverage triggers, limits, and exclusions; provide informed guidance to insureds and production teams.
• Participate in claim reviews, loss runs analysis, and meetings with carriers.
• Maintain detailed claim documentation and timely communication of status and outcomes.
• Coordinate safety inspections with Senior Management and support the Safety Committee.
• Chair Risk Performance / Safety Committee and make risk mitigation recommendations.
• Other duties assigned by management.
