Qualifications

• Strong property and casualty insurance knowledge, especially for automotive dealerships.
• Experience in account management, client service, and policy administration in an agency or brokerage setting.
• Proficiency with insurance management systems, MS Office, and CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain coverage clearly.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

• Handle day-to-day client service for P&C accounts, including policy administration, coverage reviews, endorsements, renewals, and claims coordination.
• Respond to client inquiries and identify coverage gaps; collaborate with carriers to secure solutions and pricing.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and carrier requirements; work with dealership stakeholders to deliver proactive service.
