Job summary

DePelchin Family Services in Houston, TX seeks a Manager of Risk Management to lead enterprise RPM activities across DePelchin Children’s Center (DCC) and Texans Together (TTG). The role supports development, implementation, and evaluation of RPM systems within the QIRM department and DFS.

The position partners with program and administrative leadership to identify risks, strengthen practices, and drive improvement and mitigation strategies, ensuring proactive, data-informed risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services related field.
• Three (3) years of risk management, quality improvement, compliance, program operations, child welfare, behavioral health, healthcare, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Risk Prevention and Management activities for DCC and TTG.
• Facilitate RPM Committee meetings, analyzing trends and documenting activities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and tools to monitor risk indicators across DCC and TTG.
• Develop corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effectiveness.
