Job summary

Texans Together seeks a Quality Improvement and Risk Management Specialist to advance a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. You will support PQI activities, collect and analyze data, monitor incidents, and drive improvement initiatives across the agency.

The role collaborates with multiple departments to ensure adherence to contract requirements, licensing standards, and accreditation benchmarks, while coordinating with network providers as needed.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree is required.
• Two years’ experience in social services is preferred.
• Familiarity with PQI/QA and accreditation processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the agency's PQI Plan and related strategies.
• Collect and analyze program data to monitor service quality and identify trends.
• Support CQI and Risk Management Committee meetings and related activities.
• Prepare internal/external quality reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Monitor incident reports, document follow-ups, and identify trends.
• Contribute to root cause analyses and corrective action plans.
