Job summary

The City of Bellevue is seeking a Risk Management Specialist – Analyst/Finance Manager to deliver data analytics, financial support, and budget monitoring within the Risk Management Division. You will partner with the budget office, maintain dashboards, and support policy renewal processes.

You will develop proficiency with Riskonnect RMIS and collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to provide accessible reporting in Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, finance, or public administration.
• Experience with Power BI and Salesforce databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Risk Management Division budget with the budget office.
• Maintain budget monitoring for the division.
• Coordinate with procurement on RFPs and contract management.
• Support insurance policy renewal processes as directed.
• Prepare risk management reports and data for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and RMIS data.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive risk and claims data.
