Job summary

Tower Health is seeking a Risk Management Coordinator to support the daily operations of risk management at Reading Hospital and affiliated entities. The role involves coordinating the health system insurance program, assisting with claims reporting, and maintaining risk-related databases.

Responsibilities include preparing reports and data analytics, processing invoices, and fulfilling additional tasks as requested to support the risk management function across Tower Health’s network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or relevant education/experience combination may be considered
• Strong communication, interpersonal and clerical abilities are essential
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with standard office software are expected

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of risk management activities for Reading Hospital, Tower Health and affiliates
• Coordinate and manage activities related to the health system insurance program
• Assist with claims reporting, invoice processing, and maintain risk databases
• Prepare reports and data analytics and perform other tasks as requested
