Reading Hospital is seeking a Risk Manager to oversee risk management activities across Reading Hospital and Tower Health entities. You will work with legal counsel, carriers, and administrators on insurance, claims, and risk reduction initiatives.

The role involves developing loss prevention programs, managing malpractice insurance, and providing risk education and consulting to internal teams. A CP HRM certification is expected within 24 months of hire.

Competenze

• 4 year Bachelor’s Degree required or combination of education and experience considered.
• Experience in Healthcare Risk Management, Insurance, MCARE Fund Insurance, Claims Management, and Contract Review.
• CPHRM certification at hire or within 24 months of hire.

• Participates in management of various lines of insurance coverage and renewals.
• Takes part in claims management activities with legal counsel and carriers.
• Analyzes risk management activities and provides risk education programs.
• Develops loss prevention programs to minimize financial impact.
