UCI Health is seeking a Risk Management Analyst to support the Director of Risk Management in performing high-level analytical and administrative tasks essential to risk operations. You will help manage risk processes, review incident reports daily, and investigate potential injury claims.

Responsibilities include overseeing the General Liability program, supporting professional liability work, and contributing to risk-related projects with discretion and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of college coursework and healthcare administrative work experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex system reports and produce summaries.
• Knowledge of Code of Conduct and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the General Liability program.
• Review online Incident Reporting system daily to identify risk exposure and trends.
• Investigate potential injury claims and assist with Professional Liability and other risk projects.
