Job summary

GSK in the United States is hiring a Senior Manager for Risk Intelligence & Decision Support to lead analytics, KRIs, and performance indicators within the Risk Operations Centre. You will guide delivery, manage a team, and partner with governance forums to enable fast, informed decisions across the organization.

You will apply product management and Agile methods to build data pipelines, dashboards, and models that quantify cyber risk, while ensuring data quality and compliance with GSK's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Cyber Security or Engineering.
• Experience in risk analytics, data engineering or security data science.
• Experience using data visualization and intelligent automation tools to act on data insights.
• Experience applying product management and Agile delivery approaches to a data, analytics or automation roadmap.
• Experience in data modelling and pipeline development.
• Experience developing reports and data visualizations.
• Cyber security experience.
• Experience leading a team or a programme of work.
• Experience managing project delivery against plans, quality standards and timelines.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a defined area of the capability, including its people, delivery and outcomes.
• Manage delivery against the capability roadmap and scale as needed.
• Bring a product management and Agile mindset to risk tooling roadmaps.
• Develop team capability through coaching and feedback.
• Represent the area in CSO governance and cross-functional forums.
• Own KRIs used across GSK and align with enterprise risk priorities.
• Define and instrument internal performance indicators for Risk & Compliance.
• Build and maintain the data platform for cyber risk reporting.
• Engineer data pipelines for risk, control, threat and asset data.
• Partner with security product teams to leverage telemetry for risk decisions.
• Develop analytics and models to quantify cyber risk and prioritize actions.
• Build dashboards and reporting for CSO leadership and governance.
• Define the metrics that matter and retire obsolete ones.
• Ensure data quality, lineage and definitions across risk reporting.
• Lead the team in using approved AI tools per responsible use policies.
