Job summary

GSK seeks a Senior Director for Risk Automation & Intelligence to lead the strategy and execution of data, analytics and automation capabilities across Technology Risk and Compliance. You will shape multi-year plans, own the budget, and partner with CISO and executives to drive risk-informed decisions.

Based in the United States, you will build and lead a global team, advance modern analytics and AI-driven controls, and strengthen governance across GSK with proactive risk management and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in risk analytics, automation or security data science.
• Experience building AI and intelligent automation solutions.
• Product management experience with Agile delivery.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or process excellence.
• Experience delivering data platforms and data pipelines.
• Experience leading a technical capability.
• Cyber security leadership experience.
• Experience managing people leaders across geographies.
• Experience managing a capability budget and vendor portfolio.
• Experience with quantitative risk analysis and statistical methods.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership or board audiences.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise vision and multi-year strategy for data, analytics and automation capabilities underpinning Technology Risk and Compliance.
• Lead the Risk Automation & Intelligence organisation and own its capability plan.
• Own budget, vendor portfolio and headcount for the capability.
• Represent the capability to the CISO, Tech leadership, auditors and regulators.
• Own GSK's Cyber Security Policies and ensure alignment with evolving landscape.
• Oversee processes across GSK for consistent design and improvement.
• Coordinate integration with Enterprise Risk Programme and governance.
• Evolve Risk Operations Centre model and implement modern controls and analytics.
• Translate stakeholder needs into prioritized features and releases for risk tooling.
• Develop risk analytics, models and methods to inform leadership decisions.
• Create performance analytics to measure programme effectiveness and efficiency.
• Own data platform and pipelines for risk intelligence and governance reporting.
• Own the GRC tooling strategy including ServiceNow.
