Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of Reporting/Data Management experience.
• Strong SAS, SQL, Tableau, or other BI tool experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform and enhance data QA, audit-level validations, and governance controls.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting and data solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and independently solve complex business problems.
• Strong understanding of data structures, metrics, and reporting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and execution of reporting to help risk and business partners identify and manage risk.
• Analyzes trends and supports data design, portfolio trends, loss trends, and portfolio dynamics.
• Provides analytical support on product initiatives affecting multiple risk functions.
• Develops database production processes and performance reports for senior management using data mining and analytics.
• Responds to complex ad-hoc requests for information.
• Supports data quality remediation efforts and control monitoring.
• Designs and maintains risk data, reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.
• Leads data extraction, transformation, and validation across systems to ensure data reliability.
• Develops end-to-end reporting processes and monitoring routines to improve scalability and reliability.
• Performs portfolio/trend analysis and communicates insights to leadership.
