Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in project management with a focus on business and strategy.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery and regulatory landscape.
• Experience in risk assessment, mitigation, and compliance.
• Mortgage industry experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk management plans for multifamily projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
