Freddie Mac in McLean, VA is seeking a Project Management Senior within the Architecture and Engineering team of the Multifamily Technology and Operational Risk Division to lead risk governance initiatives for architectural and engineering projects.

You will develop, implement, and monitor risk management strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving delivery of multifamily initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; advanced studies/degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in project management with a focus on business and strategy.
• Strong knowledge of Project delivery and Regulatory landscape.
• Proven track record in risk assessment, mitigation, and compliance.
• Prior mortgage industry experience highly desired.
• Ability to support multiple concurrent high priority projects in various capacities.
• Strong verbal and written skills, including facilitating effective meetings and delivering presentations.
• Project management experience using standard tools; maintaining requirements, logs, reports, and meetings.
• MS Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
• Ability to work independently while driving assignments from concept through deployment/launch.
