Freddie Mac is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and continuous improvement of model governance within the EO&T Risk Governance Team. You will collaborate with risk, technology, and business partners to mature governance processes and ensure regulatory alignment.

The role emphasizes scalable governance, automation, and AI risk governance initiatives, including vendor risk, reporting, and continuous monitoring, with a focus on cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in model risk governance or related risk management.
• Experience translating governance standards into operational processes.
• Familiarity with COSO and NIST control frameworks.
• Experience in IT audit or regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and improvement of model governance operating processes.
• Drive automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Coordinate and perform control testing of governance activities.
• Manage third‑party vendor risk governance including SOC reviews.
• Oversee AI Clearinghouse operations, use‑case intake, reporting and platform enhancements.
