Google's gTech Risk team is seeking a Governance and Issue Management Analyst to strengthen risk controls across Google products. You will lead root cause analyses, manage the end-to-end issue lifecycle, and ensure findings map to controls within our GRC framework.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive root cause analyses for high/critical incidents.
• Manage end-to-end issue lifecycle in the GRC platform.
• Enforce policy adherence and manage escalation workflows.
• Facilitate ERM governance forums and remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with Risk Solutions Engineering on automated safeguards.
