Job summary

Bank of China is seeking a Committee Secretary / CRO support role in the US to maintain enterprise-level risk governance, prepare management materials, and coordinate cross-border reporting. You will assist the CRO, promote risk culture, and help implement governance frameworks across BOCUSA and HO.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 1 year of risk governance experience, and bilingual English/Chinese. Knowledge of OCC/FREE/FRB standards is preferred and FRM/CFA credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of risk governance experience.
• Bilingual ability in English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of OCC Heightened Standards and FRB EPS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly USRMC meetings, including agenda, materials, voting results and minutes.
• Prepare materials and support the CRO, e.g. annual CRO work summary.
• Maintain and implement risk governance policies and procedures across frameworks.
• Coordinate information gathering for BOCUSA risk management activities and HO reporting.
