Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-3 years of Legal & Compliance experience for Associate level.
• 0-3 years of experience in BSA/AML/CFT laws and OFAC/sanctions compliance for Associate level.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to reduce large amount of information into clear and concise summaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese is required.
• CAMS Certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist FLU BSA and Compliance Oversight daily operations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting materials and minutes for meetings with FLU BSA Officers and Subcommittees.
• Maintain and update the Wolfsberg Questionnaire with relevant stakeholders.
• Support regulatory change management including tracker maintenance and meetings.
• Compile and present compliance metrics to QCUs, AMLCC Subcommittee, and Enterprise Risk Oversight Committee.
• Provide ad hoc tasks related to FLU Compliance Testing and other assignments.
