SilverRock Group Inc., part of the DriveTime Family of Brands, is seeking an Analyst to turn data into insights for our ancillary products business. You will review trends and partner with teams to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and profitability.

You will build reporting and dashboards, analyze large datasets with SQL and Python, and present concise insights to senior leaders. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and the chance to grow analytics capabilities across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience; candidates graduating in December 2026 or later are welcome.
• Experience with SQL and Excel; familiarity with Sigma, Snowflake, or other BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and automate reporting and KPI dashboards that help partner teams optimize their business segment.
• Support in-depth analyses by processing, manipulating, and studying large datasets using Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Use data analysis and emerging technologies to help identify new opportunities to improve our ancillary products and processes.
• Communicate concise insights and recommendations through visualizations and clear writing, using software such as Sigma.
• Collaborate with colleagues and senior leaders across DriveTime’s family of companies, with growing exposure to presenting recommendations.
• Contribute to designing, testing, and implementing new products and solutions.
• Take initiative, ask questions, and continually look for ways to improve existing processes.
