Truist is seeking a senior data and reporting leader to deliver Basel III compliant risk data for Market Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk. You will partner with business, technology, and operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes data integrity, risk management discipline, and the ability to manage a team of professionals on complex initiatives. Prior Basel III and data warehousing exposure are highly valued.

Qualificações

Responsible for delivering accurate, decision-ready data and reporting solutions supporting Market Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk under Basel III, with a focus on FRTB and SA-CCR. Partners with business, technology, and operations teams to translate regulatory and analytical requirements into scalable solutions, ensure data integrity, strengthen controls, resolve data issues, and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and regulatory compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Has full management responsibilities for teammates: hiring, disciplinary, coaching, terminating, performance reviews.
• Job with primary focus on management responsibilities that directly manages a team (5 or more teammates) of professionals.
• This higher level of Manager (level 2) reflects a large scope relative to the typical Manager role and indicates a focus on a highly complex client group. May manage a team made up of subordinate managers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information System, and 10+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth and broad knowledge within Finance and regulatory disciplines.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
• Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure.
• Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges.
• Ability to manage a team, including identifying and recruiting talent, managing performance, and making decisions about resource allocation.
• Ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective and handle interpersonal issues with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to handle multiple high profile projects in aggressive timeline with high quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or MBA.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Previous experience in Financial Services or Banking industry, with direct exposure to Market Risk and/or Counterparty Credit Risk.
• Direct experience with Basel III regulatory requirements, including FRTB and SA-CCR.
• Experience with data analysis and sound SQL skills.
• Understanding of Capital Markets and Investment Banking products.
• Risk management experience focused on Market Risk and/or Counterparty Credit Risk.
• Exposure to data warehousing and enterprise data architecture.
• Data Analytics/Business Intelligence/Reporting tool exposure (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Palantir, Snowflake).
• Front office trading systems exposure (e.g., Calypso, WallStreet Systems, etc.).
• Experience with regulatory reporting platforms and data governance frameworks.
