Qualifications

• 2–5 years of risk analytics or related financial data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL Server or Snowflake; Python or R is a plus.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
• Understanding of payment risk concepts — chargebacks, disputes, fraud.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication; able to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transaction, merchant, and portfolio data to identify risk trends.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports using SQL Server, Snowflake, Excel, and BI tools.
• Build dashboards and models showing KRIs, chargeback rates, merchant health.
• Develop recommendations for underwriting, onboarding, and monitoring.
• Assist in regulatory data requests and audit support.
• Present findings to management.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and data teams on data pipelines.
