Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree; enrolled in an accredited college/university.
• Majoring in Finance, Economics, Data Science & Analytics, AI, MIS, Business Management, Mathematics or CS.
• Expected graduation date between Dec 2027 and Summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Some knowledge of risk and compliance principles from coursework or experience.
• Interest in financial markets and the financial services industry.
• Proven analytical, data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through projects/extracurriculars.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Build relevant skills and work on meaningful projects with the internship team.
• Work directly with the assigned team on day-to-day tasks.
• Participate in internship events, develop new skills and network with senior leaders.
• Complete, compile, and present high-quality summaries of findings and recommendations.
• Analyze risk, control, and operational data to develop reporting, dashboards, and metrics.
• Support risk project teams in implementing risk frameworks, controls, governance, and regulatory initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics, AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve risk management.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and support risk objectives.
• Develop professional skills in an assigned Risk area through project work and mentorship.
