Northern Trust invites top students to join its Analyst Development Program (ADP) in Chicago, IL as a Risk & Compliance/Data Analytics Intern, designed to launch your career. Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Knowledge of risk and compliance principles.
Curious about financial markets and the financial services industry.
Proven analytical, data interpretation, problem-solving, critical and strategic thinking.
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through projects or extracurriculars.
Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Analyze risk, control, and operational data to develop reporting, dashboards, and metrics.
Support Risk project teams in implementing and enhancing risk frameworks.
Leverage data analytics, AI, automation to improve risk management.
Partner with business, risk, and control stakeholders to identify process improvements.
Develop professional skills through project work, mentorship, and engagement.
