Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Risk Compliance Analyst in Rosemead, CA to support safety, Workers' Compensation and regulatory compliance across store locations. You will investigate claims, conduct site inspections, and develop risk management programs in partnership with operations.

The Risk Compliance Analyst investigates basic to moderate level of claims, including Worker’s Compensation and other product lines. This position conducts presentations on general risk issues to Operations and conducts store site inspections on safety issues. The Risk Compliance Analyst analyzes claims trends to identify broader issues and recommends solutions. This position also serves as the centralized support person to assist the Senior Safety Manager in CO₂ safety and hazardous-material compliance, and the position supports safety, Worker’s Compensation, training, and regulatory compliance programs across store locations.

Pay Range: P2: $72,500-$101,500/ per year
