The role reports to the Risk Manager and collaborates with General Counsel and campus partners.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in General business and/or insurance and risk management, or paralegal studies with credentials obtained prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Administer routine property, auto, liability, and workers' compensation claims from initiation to resolution.
• Gather documentation to support tort investigations in collaboration with campus partners and legal offices.
• Manage UNLV fleet insurance and movable equipment schedule to ensure proper coverage and cost control.
• Log major campus events for risk review, generate loss runs, and identify mitigation strategies and training opportunities.
• Provide credentialing verifications for the Kerkorian School of Medicine and support continuity during team absences.
