Qualifications

Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a target graduation date of May 2027.
Eligible candidates must be going into their senior year in Fall 2027.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 and above.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills, analytically driven and detail oriented.
Aptitude to learn and be proactive.
Proficient in time management.
Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Gather information and analytics to assess and evaluate client risks for market placement.
Create Loss Summaries and review program binders for accuracy.
Assist on deliverables for Client Renewal Strategy Meetings & RFPs.
Research market solutions to identify optimum risk solutions for clients.
Initial introductions to carrier/trading partners.
Begin understanding of core insurance principles and brokerage concepts.
Ensure quality and compliance procedures are followed.
Record and maintain information on systems and use of Broking Platform.
Demonstrate strong time and task management skills.
Interface with customers and collaborate across teams to serve clients.
