Qualifications

• 6+ years with fixed/static equipment in industrial environments.
• Experience with RBI, mechanical integrity programs, failure analysis, and turnaround execution.
• 3+ years direct experience with GE APM database.
• API 580 and API 510/570 certifications.
• Strong knowledge of API/ASME integrity codes and RBI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME in RBI to support Maintenance, Operations, and Inspection teams.
• Assess risks and recommend inspection intervals based on degradation and criticality.
• Develop RBI inspection plans for critical equipment per integrity programs and codes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce risk and extend asset life while reducing downtime.
• Monitor inspection data, thickness readings, corrosion trends, and notifications to update priorities.
• Track RBI performance metrics and update Asset Management Plan.
