Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Risk Analysis Specialist II in the Global Risk Analytics, Alternative Modelling Group (AMG) in Jersey City. You will drive the Business Support and Project Management functions, manage high-profile projects, and support multiple risk modelling initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable project and business management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including to senior audiences.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience in financial services or a related field.
• Willingness to be accountable for meeting all deliverable dates.
• Control-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple technical projects concurrently, including model deployment to target-state infrastructure.
• Manage business management processes as directed by the Business Management Lead.
• Provide PMO capabilities across AMG, including QA/QC on JIRA tasks and governance.
• Support AMG leads with capacity planning, reports, and hiring activities.
• Automate project management and business reporting where possible.
• Optimize the team operating model for PM and business practices.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders inside AMG and across GRA.
• Work with minimal supervision on defined goals.
• Collaborate to ensure timely delivery to senior stakeholders.
