Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a data analytics professional to join Global Risk Analytics. You will analyze data flows, processes, and controls to improve data integrity, operational effectiveness, and risk management across the bank.

You will partner with stakeholders across risk, finance, operations, technology and audit to drive issue resolution, process improvements, and data-driven decision making using SQL, automation, and AI-enabled tools. This role offers 1st shift in the United States.

Qualifications

• Learning agility to assimilate new concepts and adapt to changing business needs.
• Data analytics, risk assessment and data-driven decision-making within a regulated financial services environment.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders across risk, finance, operations, technology and audit to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes, data flows, and operational data to identify data integrity and quality concerns, trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities to improve accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness of critical business processes and outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders across business, risk, finance, operations, technology, and audit functions to support process evaluations, issue resolution, and improvement initiatives.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate performance metrics, risks, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Support governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen controls, enhance process resiliency, and increase operational effectiveness.
