Job summary

WTW in New York City and Chicago is seeking an Early Careers: Risk & Analytics and Alternative Risk Transfer Analyst to join a 17-month graduate development program. This full-time, in-person role focuses on building expertise in insurance, brokerage, actuarial analytics, and risk transfer concepts.

You will support model development, analyze data, and prepare client materials while collaborating with consultants, actuaries, brokers, and account leaders to design, place, and renew programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field with graduation May 2026–May 2027.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Analytical, research, communication and client service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in insurance, brokerage, actuarial, analytics and AR concepts.
• Support model development for proprietary risk and program-design models.
• Analyze data to assess risk and financial impact across exposures and markets.
• Prepare client materials, presentations, submissions and sales collateral.
• Collaborate with consultants, actuaries, brokers, account leaders, clients and markets on design, placement and renewal.
