Job summary

WTW is seeking a high‑potential graduate for its 17‑month Corporate Risk & Broking Graduate Development Program in the United States. The program blends orientation, onboarding, hands‑on experience, and professional development to build finance and business expertise.

You'll support North America CRB finance operations—forecasting, budgeting, analytics, and partnering with business leaders to drive financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a 2026 Summer internship with WTW.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Preferred majors: Finance and/or Accounting; open to Business majors.
• Graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Alteryx, Power BI or other AI/data experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparing financial reports & KPIs for management.
• Analyze revenue & expense data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop financial models to support decision-making (T&E trending, Salary Modeling).
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Evaluate financial impact of business decisions and provide recommendations.
• Assist region/BU finance in updating plan and forecast systems.
• Ad hoc projects.
