Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in risk, compliance, business analysis or financial services.
• Experience with GRC platforms such as Archer or IBM OpenPages is a plus.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/DOMO) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support enhancement, maintenance, and administration of enterprise risk and compliance applications.
• Analyze risk and compliance data to develop reports, dashboards, and insights for decision making.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver improvements and support user needs.
• Contribute to risk management and compliance initiatives and document requirements.
