Job summary

Ascensus is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management professional to lead incident response, privacy, and risk assessment activities, partnering with leaders to identify, monitor, and mitigate risk across the organization.

This role supports audits, disaster recovery, access reviews, and data protection, contributing to a structured governance framework and ensuring timely action on risk findings while upholding Ascensus core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of financial service experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or related functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to interact with senior management and across functions.
• Knowledge of internal controls, governance, or enterprise risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident response program including meetings, incident lists, reporting and analysis.
• Triage incidents, assess root cause, and determine required actions or escalation.
• Identify themes and plan deep-dive risk assessments of processes and controls.
• Assist in internal risk assessments at entity, department, and project levels.
• Coordinate updates to privacy program and respond to privacy incidents.
