Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Risk Analyst I to assist in building and executing its risk management program. This role supports documentation of risks, controls, and metrics, working with subject matter experts to create workflows and enhance risk reporting to leadership.

You will engage with business leaders, document processes, and identify data patterns and gaps in controls, under supervision, reporting to the VP of Enterprise Risk. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• SQL/Power BI or similar analytics certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn business processes of units under review and guide on identified risks and controls.
• Create process flow maps showing decision points, ownership, risks and controls.
• Meet with managers to gather insights and document processes and risks.
• Assess data to determine control effectiveness, trends and red flags.
• Prepare monthly risk program metrics and tell the story to leaders.
• Review regulations and supervisory procedures to ensure alignment with risks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
